Germanotta is a classic beer. This drink inspired by the Munich style has established itself throughout history as a fundamental element of the Bavarian diet. Our beer has a bright gold color with slight greenish reflections, in the glass it is crowned by a persistent opalescent foam. Traditionally, as still today, in Bavaria they loved to taste it in the shade of the horse chestnuts in the Biergarten.
Germanotta like the original German is a decidedly drinkable, delicate and slightly malted beer. This light sweet note and a slight hint of hops complete its fine and clean character. An authentic lager beer, which as sanctioned by the edict of purity, is produced using only three ingredients: water, barley malt and hops, then the yeast, still unknown in the 16th century, will alchemically transform the wort into beer.
What makes Germanotta unique are the extraordinary quality of the ingredients, the accurate mashing process and the long period of fermentation and aging carried out at low temperatures.
Today this style is one of the most appreciated in the world, this great success today, as in the past, provides for the perfect harmony between the malty taste and the slight bitterness of the hops,
