White ipa

A modern style beer, it was only created in 2010, combining two styles in a hybrid way, a Belgian school Wit and an American IPA.
Our beer has a beautiful clear, intense color, beautiful golden notes, and a characteristic turbidity.
The white foam, dense and persistent, is very generous.
On the nose, the hop aroma varies from moderately low to medium, American and Pacific hops are recognized with fruit, citrus and tropical aromas up to the light spice that can recall pepper.
Its fresh and slightly malty taste reminds us of bread, while its fruitiness leaves us with citrus flavors again close to grapefruit, clementine and more exotic fruit with ripe yellow flesh.
The combination of malts instead, recalls delicate spicy flavors imparted by rye, oats and spelt. In the mouth we will find it silky, with a body between medium and light.
Medium intensity carbonation and a finish with a good not excessive bitterness, moderately dry and refreshing, slightly astringent, which increases the good drinkability.

The recommended pairing:
– Sea bream fillets with citrus fruits.
– vegetable-based first courses, such as asparagus and artichokes
– Roast veal and pork with not very pronounced flavours.
– Or drunk alone,

Thanks to its fine taste and aromatic notes, it is rich and complex, and can therefore be drunk without pairings to better appreciate its nuances.
In short, a perfect beer for the warmer months, capable of quenching thirst and at the same time making the drink satisfying with its strong but fresh character.

For a unique taste experience, it is recommended to consume it strictly poured into the glass
